I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the receptionists who went above and beyond to assist me. The waitress who spoke English was a great help and made my dining experience enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the physio masseuse who provided an amazing and relaxing massage. The food at the hotel was outstanding, and the chef deserves a big applause. I also had the opportunity to try out the e-bikes, which were absolutely awesome. I am now considering purchasing some for myself. this hotel provided a great experience, and I am already looking for reasons to return.
Nothing to dislike.

During my Xmas holiday in this hotel, I really enjoyed the outstanding food and the e-bikes that were available. The chef definitely knows what they are doing in the kitchen, and I found myself looking forward to each meal. the e-bikes were a real highlight of the trip, and I even started considering purchasing some for myself. The location, nestled among beautiful scenery, was another positive aspect that I enjoyed.
One thing that bothered me during my stay was the presence of two resident flies in the restaurant. While this is not a huge issue, it did detract a bit from my dining experience.
